I am am little confused how to get xfwm4 standalone. I play aound with laptop that not my main computer i need to know how to get it in my display manger. here where the files are published https://github.com/addy-dclxvi/xfwm4-standalone

Note that the package is dated 2017 - it is nearly 2022.

It does say "Maybe this package is useless "

Why do you want Xfwm Standalone? What feature do you want exactly?
