I have dual monitors, it doesn't work on my left monitor (set as primary) but it works on my right monitor. XOrg also works on both monitors. Only the one on the right works in Wayland. Is there a solution? GNOME Fedora

It works for me on Fedora Siverblue 40 with Wayland and both monitors with an AMD gpu. Do you have an Nvidia gpu by any chance?

There's also a Github issue about it:

AMD gpu's use the kernel driver, what happens when you launch an X11 session?

AMD grafik işlemcileri çekirdek sürücüsünü kullanıyor, bir X11 oturumu başlattığınızda ne olur?
Yes, I tried it, it works on both monitors, but animations are slower and I wasn't using it because X11 is outdated.

X11 is older and very stable compared to Wayland which still has some problems to over come. I would stick with X11 for now in your situation. Wayland is just not ready for every setup yet.

I'm going to give it another shot at animation transitions and switch to x11. If there's an obvious contraction, I'll switch to Wayland.

Its a known bug and only occurs when you use wayland with multiple monitors although some times it works, other times it does not. On my 2 monitor setup, it works most of the time, but sometimes one monitor does not work. On my three monitor setup in the office, the third monitor does not work most of the time.

Please don't laugh at me, it was fixed after updating.
No one is going to laugh at you - just glad the update fix it - that is what updates are for - to fix a prior issue or some increase in security and other tweaks or minor upgrades

Can you mark this as Solved
