Unfortunately I don't have a disk drive on my Laptop. I typed the files name exactly in the box and it said it couldn't locate the file. Ill have to try something else. Weird I only get it as a DVD Drive. I didn't see other people in their videos have this issue. Thanks for the help though.

No. All I did was download the mirror off the site, and that's what shows up in my files. "DVD Drive Linux Mint 19.1"

I followed your instuctions but I cant choose the DVD Drive as a whole. It seems I have to pick one of the files on the right. Tried Grub. No luck. Opened the Isolinux one but no clue what to do from there. Right clicked the DVD Drive but I don't have the option to save it to the Desktop
