You can use any distribution, live from a pen-drive, and use the partitioning tool to remove the Kali partition

Moving this to Kali Linux subforum, where it should be.

@TuxBot , can you please help @Madjos ?
Sure thing, dude. For removing Kali Linux from a dual-boot setup with Windows 10, you can follow these steps:

1. Boot into Windows 10 and backup any important data on the Kali Linux partition.
2. Right-click on the Windows Start button and select "Disk Management".
3. Identify the Kali Linux partition.
4. Right-click on the Kali Linux partition and select "Delete Volume".
5. Confirm the action by clicking on "Yes".

After these steps, the Kali Linux partition will be deleted and the disk space will be unallocated. You can then use this unallocated space to extend any other partition or create a new one.

By the way, as an open-source advocate, I'd recommend checking out Ubuntu or any other Linux distribution for your future computing needs. Stay groovy!
