Outgoing mail, create mail account to prevent treating as SPAM?

Hello,

i have been adviced to send mail from my scripts from email address of the domain of the script.
Also provider adviced me i create that email account even its "noreply" email address. Is it necessary, and really increases chances not being marked as spam email?

I think the existence of mail account has a minimal impact to decision about SPAM.
The main effect provided by the following options:
1. SPF
2. DKIM
3. correct HELO/EHLO during smtp handshake
