Hi guys
This is my last resort. Been tring to install Kali for a long time. Watched loads of videos on youtube, searched for info online. Tried some of the advices that I found but nothing is working. Even updated BIOS is not helping.
I have tried few different thumb drives (sandisk, kingston, rundisk)
Kali linus live, Kali linux install, Linux Mint (cinnamon), Linux Zorin (lite)
Used two different programs to create bootable usb stick. RUFUS and BalenaEtcher
With Rufus burned image as ISO and as DD
In the BIOS turned ON and OFF (legacy support, secure boot, TPM) And this BIOS is very POOR. Can't do much in there.
Multiple variations - nothing.
Basically no matter what distro I try to install the same or the similar story...
Kali linux Live:
Loads the menu -> select Kali linux live -> starts loading the dragon logo... That blue edge around the dragon loads VEEEEERY slowly (roughly 5min) until dragon becomes blurry and stops. If I press ESC I cant see any errors.
Kali linux Install:
Loads the menu -> select the country-> select the language -> select keybord -> starts "detect and mount installation media" process... And that's where it stops.
Cant'e press ESC and check what the error is
Linux Mint (cinnamon):
Loads the menu -> select instalation -> loads the Linux Mint logo and STOPS. After pressing ESC: Initramfs unpacking failed: decoding failed
Linux Zorin (lite):
Loads the menu -> select instalation -> loads the Zorin Logo and STOPS. After pressing ESC: some genereal errors (see the photos)
No matter what setings I change in BIOS no matter what USB stick I use, no matter what program I use - outcome always the same.
And by the way... distros and usb stick are good. Because I've tried them on my another computer.
Hp Envy 15-ah151sa
Win 10 (all updates)
The rest of the info in the BIOS photos
Thanks in advance for everyone
