chrome - turning off hover

hi

ya know how when u have multiple tabs in chrome open, and you put the mouse over one of them (hover) and it gives you a preview?

i'm trying to turn this off so i went into flags and disabled "tab hover card images"

and restarted chrome

so now when i hover, it gives you a title and website which is still annoying to me

how to turn off this "other" hover
