Crossover Music, Easy Listening, & Light Classical

Haven't heard that version before
I'm a tad older than you, this is how I remember it from 1965,

or even the original from Pete Segers [1959]

Thanks Brian, the older I get the more Like 60s - 70s music.

Ah, you see.... Old Hippies Never Die... [Only their flowers wilt]

Old Hippies Never Die...

They just smell that way!

(I kid... I'm pretty much an old hippie.)

And, yes, the song was a Seeger original. I think I liked Peter Paul and Mary's version best.

I could not find Peter, Paul & Marys version of Turn Turn Turn

Found this, though...

You know, I don't know if it made it to an album. I know it was a part of their live show. Or at least that's my memory of the event. Considering that I saw them multiple times, I could still easily be completely wrong in my recollections! But, I'm pretty darned sure of it...

Brooklyn Duo with Simon & Garfunkel's "The Sound of Silence"

For the benefit of newer members such as Mark @wm460 and others who may or may not have twigged, I am featuring here in Brian's thread pieces by the Brooklyn Duo (can't get enough of this husband and wife team, what a way to share), and then the original artist/s over at my Rock Roxx thread (link in my signature)

Hope you enjoy
