Debian 12 installed via usb. cant use apt or wifi.

Great outcome and great input from Helpers.

@InvaderSumo when you are sure this is solved, you can mark it as such by going to your first post, and at top right click the 3 dots to the right of Watch and do as follows

i had to reinstall debian 12.. i repeated these steps and my wifi is not showing up. NEED HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you have to compile it - the instructions are on the same page - it tells you what prerequisites you need as well
So I updated my system with the store. Restarted and my Wi-Fi button was gone. I checked my driver folder and everything was their. I do lsmod| grep rtw88. And it shows nothing. Just like last time. So I'm repeating the steps again. Just thought I'd post how weird it was that Debian released an update that broke my Wi-Fi drivers. Also. I'm currently doing an apt update && upgrade. Because when I tried reinstalling the drivers. It SPAT this out at me.
Sudo make
[Sudo] password for Debian:
Make -j 'nproc' -C /lib/modules/6.1.0-26-amd64/build m=$PWD modules
Make [1]: *** /lib/modules/6.1.0-26-amd64/build: no such file or directory. Stop. <-----(very weird tbh)
Make : *** [Makefile:177: all] Error 2

Any smarticles from an experienced user would be great :)

I think PikaOS might be a good choice for you, it's based on Debian and it has the Nobara mentality where its' focused on ease of use and high compatibilty.
The only thing is that it require UEFI boot, so if your system doesn't support it then it's not an option.

My apologies. I didn't fully repeat any steps. Also I'm going to keep a note pad on my cellphone of all steps. AMD I watched some videos on YouTube. This didn't just happen to me. This happen to nearly everyone who updated their Debian system. Also much appreciated. But I'm sticking with Debian as it's an original Linux system and it is one of the number one picked distributions. It's very original and easy. I'm not really a beginner. Sometimes I just forget simple things because of life issues.
