How can I verify whether my drivers are up-to-date on Fedora 40 installed on an MSI Modern 14 equipped with an AMD processor?

Do you mean your motherboard firmware or the drivers for all your hardware? The first one you will have to download the latest bios/uefi from your motherboard vendor's website and the latter if you have the latest kernel you will have the latest drivers that are available to you. Unless you are using an Nvidia gpu then you will have to install the drivers for that from the rpmfusion repo.
