Please i need help to correct this error FAILED: /usr/local/lib/mailinabox/env/bin/pip install --upgrade pip. I can't create an smtp because of that

Like....which distro you are using, what you are trying to do, what you have already tried,which version of the distro you have ...etc etc etc
