How to change default serial port console in linux ?

Hi all,
Linux target board has default serial/USB port console. As per my knowledge, console selection and its settings can be configured in u-boot configuration.

If my board has 10 UART interfaces, 3 USB interfaces, Can i set any serial/USB port as my console port ?
