I am using Ubuntu 20.04 in which I am unable to turn on the hotspot as well as wifi simultaneously. I want to share the internet which I am using. I have dual boot with Windows 10 in which I can us...

I may be wrong making this assumption, but from my own experience with such equipment I've always found that you need to power-up your hot-spot - and give it time to "settle-down" - BEFORE you can connect to it via wi-fi. I don't quite see the point in trying to connect to it while it's still booting-up.
Or perhaps I'm misunderstanding the question, maybe?
