Solved I cannot install Deb packages on Linux Mint 21.2

I cannot install Deb packages on Linux Mint 21.2. I tried to execute the following commands:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --reinstall systemd gnome-settings-daemon gnome-settings-daemon-common

The problem is not solved.

I just double click the deb file and click...Install Package.

Thank you, solved! instead of double clicking on the downloaded package, I right clicked on Open GDebi package installer,
and it works!
