I installed pop os and this happened

So uh I installed pop os and removed Linux mint, wanted Linux mint back, but when I try to boot with the boot USB with my laptop drive, I get this.

Are you sure it is booting from the usb?
What, exactly, is the "boot USB" you mention? Is it an .iso of the Live version of the distro?
I would check the BIOS to make sure it is booting from the USB.

Yes it's a live usb

Have you used this live usb before? maybe it didn't complete? Can you attempt to re-image it?

It seems to me that you need to 'hi-lite' USB Storage Device in your 'Legacy Boot'.
Follow the directions above 'Legacy Boot' to boot from 'USB Storage Device.'
It's worth a try.
