I usually only spare a couple of minutes a day for viewing Distro Watch , to see what new releases there are and a couple of other areas of interest.

A couple of days ago, I took some time to read their Distro Watch Weekly, issue 915, and featured in it was a link to an interview with the man himself, Linus Torvalds.

You might find it an interesting read

I had to laugh at one part, though, where Linus said

LT: Back then, people still had fairly big flame wars about BSD vs GPL (I think partly fueled by how rms really has a knack for pissing people off),

Many may know and just as many may not, that

rms

is Richard Matthew Stallman, founder of the Free Software Foundation, and many other concepts you can read about at Wikipedia.

The thought entered my mind that Linus' comment might be seen as being a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

Anyway, hope you enjoy the read.
