I'm simple when it comes to hamburgers.
Plain yellow mustard / cheese / pickles on a wheat bun.

How I make mine.

Spoiler

ground beef
70% and 85% combined.

Add to suit taste.
garlic
onions
jalapenos
red peppers
green peppers

Thoroughly mix together with 1 or 2 eggs and oatmeal or breadcrumbs then grab a handful of hamburger and shape into a patty that suits your.

Put them on a charcoal grill.

My hamburgers are pretty much like a meatloaf.
