Perl command in a Terminal

I have this two lines ( on the web about Tripwire)
perl twpolmake.pl twpol.txt > twpol.txt.new
twadmin -m P -c tw.cfg -p tw.pol -S site.key twpol.txt.new
and my question is
are they two lines where after twpo.txt.new I have to press enter
or is only one
perl twpolmake.pl twpol.txt > twpol.txt.new twadmin -m P -c tw.cfg -p tw.pol -S site.key twpol.txt.new
