Site Idea: Favorites Button

I have an idea that may benefit many users on this site. I think it would be helpful to have a "Favorite" button on threads so users can "bookmark" threads they may want to view later or reference often. For example, I would want to "favorite/bookmark" this thread http://www.linux.org/threads/anitaos-a-diy-distro-you-build-it-yourself.4401/

I know in most browsers it's CTRL + D.

Or do you want a bookmark feature in your user profile section that would allow you access to pages bookmarked on this site simply by logging in from any computer?

That would be cool!

There is a section called "Watched Threads" but that's not quite the same thing.

StackExchange has the "favorite" feature. With it, I can see my favorites no matter where I login. I am aware of browser bookmarks
