Tor wont start (Kali Linux)

I added a few Proxys to my Linux today. I needed to start my tor again and since that time its showing the same error everytime i try to start tor:

# service tor start
Starting tor daemon...Dec 29 00:50:03.518 [warn] Could not bind to [IP]:9050: Address already in use. Is Tor already running?
Dec 29 00:50:03.518 [warn] Failed to parse/validate config: Failed to bind one of the listener ports.
Dec 29 00:50:03.518 [err] Reading config failed--see warnings above.

I researched where to see my open ports and 9050 wasnt in use. ä

Can someone help?

netstat will tell you what's listening on that port. Open a terminal then run

sudo netstat -plnt | fgrep 9050

If that does not show anything then try

killall tor
