two separate subnets

Hi, I'm new here and I have the following question: I have an ubuntu 22.04 server on my tsp modem/router with ip 192.168.1.x and I have IOT devices connected wirelessly on a different router with an ip 10.208.1.x Is it possible to have them to talk together? thanks

Is your Ubuntu 22.04 server is configured to act as a router? If not, edit /etc/sysctl.conf and uncomment net.ipv4.ip_forward=1, then run sysctl -p
