Very interesting. No need for me to update this though . . . nobody with physical access to my computer would have the foggiest idea how to exploit this. :cool:
 
The good news is this vulnerability is only exploitable with physical access to the system.
I hope you guys lock the doors of your house well ;)

Since I do not use UEFI have no worries :cool:
I don't know about no worries but you don't have this one :) I too do not use UEFI on any of my installs.

I never had any problems with legacy and now my Tower's Motherboard is UEFI only...I don't get problems either but I do think legacy was much better to use.

My 12 year old Laptop is legacy and no problems...maybe because it's Linux.
