How can I download WoeUSB to download windows 10 for my fedora 39?

WoeUSB was abandoned a while ago from what I recall. But I believe it was revived as woeusb-ng.

From a quick bit of DuckDuckGo-fu, I found this:
https://itsfoss.com/install-woeusb-ubuntu/
Obviously, that’s for Ubuntu, but if you’re using a Debian based distribution, it should work. It’s in the AUR for Arch based distributions too.

If you’re using another Linux distribution, it’s probably best to refer to the projects GitHub page:
https://github.com/WoeUSB/WoeUSB-ng

And what do I do if it shows up in the list of apps but won't launch. It asks for a password, I enter it and nothing happens

Were you running the terminal version or the GUI version?
I believe there are two executables for woeusb-ng. One is terminal based and one is GUI based.
Were you definitely running the correct executable? If you were launching the terminal based version from the GUI - that may be what's going wrong.

Otherwise, if it's definitely the GUI version and it's failing, the best thing to try is to open a terminal and try running the GUI version from there. That should give us some helpful error messages to tell us why the GUI is failing to load.

Also, which Linux distribution are you using?
