Audit of user's activity

I am looking for an easy and efficient way to track what commands are executed by each user in Suse servers. Any suggestion?

Or if you're looking to see what commands they've been typing, you can look at their .bash_history file as long as they didn't clear it..

# less /home/username/.bash_history
