Hi everyrone,
This probably could have been made into seperate posts, however I believe the issues are at least somewhat similar in type as well as skill level.
The first problem I have with my Acer Chromebook running Linux Lite (however I had the same issues with GalliumOS), is that after using the computer for awhile, the internet no longer works, and I have to restart. I have tried the simple things, such as resetting the network driver from a terminal etc., and I have found no other solution than simply restarting.
The other issue I have, which I assume is a physical hardware issue, is I cannot boot from the hard drive within the chromebook, and my only solution to this was having a usb that is mounted at /boot.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
