Many people don't realize that it's a learning curve. They think they'll just start using Linux and their Windows knowledge is applicable. It's not. Linux isn't Windows and so you've got a lot to learn to get truly proficient.
G'day @Fordebk and welcome glad to have you accompany us on the road of Linux with its many forks of other paths to meander down and follow as you journey down the road for all paths crisscross the road.
Step by step is the way knowledge accrues.
Not so much. I've tried some command lines, used gdebit to install some packages, and little other things. Linux seems to be pretty extended, learn that will take time.
I'll ask you some help on my other topic I think, the problem reappared but differently.
