Server hadware healt check

Is there a free application other than ILO or IDRAC that I can check the failure or near failure status of my servers related to disc, ram, network card? (Can I do this with grafana or elasticsearch?

I am thinking of sending mail from ILO or IDRAC, but I would like to try something alternative.

For example, I want it to send me an e-mail when the disc fails
