Why my PC stucks like that???

I don't know why my PC stucks like that...
When playing video specially...
It also happen in windows os...

Can anyone give solutions???

Does it happen on both screens?....which one freezes first?

The whole system freezes...
It also happens in windows...
I turned off the first screen...

Then I've to press the power button for a while to power off...

Linux Proteus 5.0 and Also in windows 10

if you disconnect the big screen.....the laptop still freezes on its own ?

The windows sleep and instantly comes back, and I checked, the power button caused it to wake up...

I had disabled laptop keyboard in windows as it always pressed "i" button...

The laptop screen is damaged. So I've to use the other monitor...

Maybe it'll also happen without the big monitor as it's just an output of same display..

Can you list your system hardware

in addition to you system hardware can you include the type of hard drive if it is mechanical or SSD. Where are the 2 operating systems located? on the same drive or different ones?
