Half-life dedicated server

hi all. I want to put half-life dedicated server (HLDS) on a pentium 3 450mhz with 384MB ram. can someone tell me exactly what to do - which distro and version of linux to install etc. it's just for a 8 player lan game.

i don't think it matter what distro you use since from what i remember its all running in the terminal anyway.
i will recommend you google it yourself and try out how to do it i have not install a Valve server for years and last i did was on windows and for CSGO.

I can only think of 3, 32 bit distributions that may work

hey all - I put antix 21 cli version for i386 on the pc. then I put HLDS on it from this page https://files.steamlessproject.nl/category.php?id=16 and it works great! thanx for ur help
