I have a problem with my dual boot w10 + ubuntu 19.10. Please, someone helpe me!

My dualboot work good. However when i need to make a reboot(restart) in ubuntu it no work. The screen stay black and i have that press power button. About w10 it work good, 100% good. I'am beginner in linux, but I am programmer JR. I have a good knowlegde in pc's. Please, someone helpe me.

PS: Pc Notebook acer VX15.

try to get the latest updates for your Ubuntu, then try again.
I had the same problem, now it is ok
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

If that doesn't work, then check in Windows 10 (not the BIOS/UEFI) for the Fast boot setting, and disable. I believe it's found under power settings in the Control Panel. Fast boot in Windows 10 can interfere with a "foreign" OS boot sequence.
